If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original LiberNovo packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
